RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Grâce Toléqué Atelier to complement your curated closet. Our goal at Grâce Toléqué Atelier is to ensure your pieces are in pristine condition and the perfect complement to your already amazing style!
We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged garments purchased at full price, or products received with manufacturing defects, for an exchange or a return via store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be approved, a return must meet all the following criteria:
The item was shipped to a US address. We are unable to accept returns on international orders.
Items are in their original condition without signs of wear and with all Grâce Toléqué Atelier tags and packaging, included.
Item arrived damaged or defective but is within the 14 day return period.
Return was initiated, approved and postmarked using the prepaid Grâce Toléqué Atelier label within 14 days from the date of order delivery. Items returned without approval are not eligible for store credit, exchange, nor refund.
Item is not marked as final sale or listed 'as-is'.

If a return is denied upon inspection, you will be notified by email with denial reasons and photographic evidence.
RETURN PROCESSING TIMEFRAME, POSTAGE, ETC.
After your return is received, it will be reviewed for approval and store credit issued within 7 business days. A $7.00 fee will be deducted from the issued store credit to cover the cost of pre-paid postage. Original shipping charges are ineligible for store credit or refund. Refunds are issued by store credit only. If the error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) the return shipping costs will be waived.
Returns are only accepted through our returns portal. You will need to have your order number and email address to begin the returns process.
Instant Exchanges: Instant Exchange is available for items that are in-stock. To process an instant exchange, you will need to enter your card information and there will be a $1 authorization hold placed. This hold automatically sends your exchange order to our shipping queue before we receive your return. We recommend using Instant Exchange if you think an item may sell out before your return is received. If the item(s) are not returned within 14 days, you will be charged the full amount for the products. The authorization hold will be removed once the return is received. If there is an additional gift card to be processed with the exchange, this will be issued once the return is processed.
Please note: Any other return shipping method not provided by the return portal is ineligible for refund or reimbursement.
